The project for the new artist villa is a mix of public and private spaces coming together in the park surrounding the existing villas.

The program for the new complex consists of various leisure oriented facilities as well as an art gallery, theater and workshop spaces to host the artists and their work. Due to the already considerable size of the existing complex and the maximally allowed build-able area of 300 sqm, the idea for the project is to achieve a symbiosis between the old and the new, interlinking them into one system. The project hence hinges on four main topics which explain the approach taken towards the site and the existing buildings in order to achieve this level of harmony between architecture, art and nature.
